Atlantic City Free Public Library

Patrons may borrow a maximum of two video games.

Loan Period:
New games - 3 days
All other games - 7 days

Adults (18 and over) may borrow games from the entire collection.

Young Adults (13-17) may borrow any game with an ESRB rating lower than M.

Overdue Fines:  $1.00 dollar/day ($30.00 maximum)

There is no fee to borrow video games.

Collection Development Policy for Video Games

The library is pleased to offer video games to our patrons.  This collection will help serve the community's information and entertainment needs.

We carry games for the following consoles: Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation 3.  We are currently collecting games that have the following ESRB ratings: EC (Early Childhood), E (Everyone), E10+ (Everyone 10 and older), T (Teen), M (Mature).  The collection does not contain games with a rating of AO (Adults Only).

All materials in the collection were selected based on surveys and interactions with the community.

We welcome suggestions for items we do not have, and are open to the possibility of expanding the collection in the future.
