Paint & Sip among programs offered at Richmond Branch
Published March 2, 2026The Atlantic City Free Public Library Free Public Library conducted a survey over the last few months related to the Richmond Branch Library. One of the top answers from respondents was that they would like to see more programs at Richmond — and the library will begin offering more beginning in March.
The branch will open extra days for the sole purpose of a few of the programs. (Please note only those who have registered for these programs will be permitted into the library).
- Craft Monday on Mondays, March 9 and April 6 at 1 p.m. — Adults 18 and older are invited to make crafts. All supplies are provided by the library. Registration required. Register online.
- Paint & Sip on Thursday, April 23, at 2 p.m. — Following step-by-step instructions, participants will create their own painting while socializing with others and enjoying mocktails. No art experience is necessary. Registration required. Register online.
- Storytime & Craft on Tuesdays, March 3, 17, 31 and April 14, 28 at 3 p.m. — Kids ages 6-12 will listen to a read aloud and use their imagination to make crafts with seasonal themes. The March 3 program will have a Dr. Seuss story and craft.
- LEAP iPad Classes (beginners) on Wednesdays, March 18, 25 and April 1, 8, 15, 22 from 12-2 p.m. — These classes are for adults with low vision who want to learn about assistive tools — such as Zoom magnification and VoiceOver — to help them use an iPad or iPhone.
